I just noticed that when I access the root page I get
an error if I don't include the ending '/'.  I am running
JDK 1.3, Cocoon2 (most recent--post Avalon/Xalan2 integration),
Tomcat 4.0m3 on WinNT 4.0 sp 5.

In other words, this URL works:


But this URL does not work:


I get the following error:
