Subject C2: Bug in sitemap/ResourcePipeline.java

The current cvs repository of C2 has the following bug in src/org/apache/cocoon/sitemap/ResourcePipeline.java:

The configuration of the different compontents (reader, serializer and transformer) didn't
get the ComponentManager. Instead the generator did get it.

Here is the diff:
