Tried that also.

I now get a 'File not found' 404 error. Perhaps I'm getting closer.

Also, since I am running the nightly Tomcat 3.3 build, I just updated last
night and the error cited below no longer shows up. Just get the 404 error
now when trying to access ANY xml file.
