Sorry for the delay, Zvi. Darn day job.

It looks like your CVSROOT is wrong. On locus, your CVSROOT should be
"/home/cvs".
On your local machine, your CVSROOT should be
"zvia@locus.apache.org:/home/cvs". The pserver is only for anoncvs.

What's your CVS_RSH and CVS_SERVER variables set to on both locus and your
local machine?
