Subject [PATCH] Turned off output escaping for <xsp:include>

Previously if you put

<xsp:include>mypackage.x.y.z
</xsp:include>

it would convert the newline after x.y.z to a \n. The patch adds 
<xsp:include> to the list of tags which should not have their text child 
nodes escaped in this way.
