If you can't get it to work with JServ then something is wrong.  be sure
and use openxml-1.6-fix.jar, not the downloadable one.  If that doesn't
work, you should pull down 1.6-dev from CVS.  And don't try to get
Cocoon 1.5 to work with Tomcat, it doesn't.  Period.
