Cocoon acts a a publishing framework and relies heavily on XML and XSL
processing. Indeed it's a factory that is feeded with XML and XSL
documents, in order to generate dynamic-XML at run time before
resulting an HTML from the stylesheet processor.

Indeed, many people are speaking about JSP, which make few people
angry because of it lack of disctinction between the data, the logic
and the presentation. That's why cocoon started (at least that's what
I think).
