See:

This is Norman Walsh's recently published book
on DocBook, entirely online.

I consulted his online book frequently for a DocBook-based
project I'm working on and it's been invaluable.

The fact that he's already built XSLT stylesheets
for DocBook->HTML and DocBook->FO's was a big plus.

For my project I've created an XSLT stylesheet
that does <xsl:import> of his, and tweaks a
few things I wanted formatted differently.

He's really bent-over-backwards to design these
XSLT stylesheets in a maximally-overridable way
and it shows.

Norman Walsh's stuff is at http://www.nwalsh.com

| This is going to be the ultimate FAQ, I can feel that.

| I evalutated DocBook a while ago, but I found it utterly overcomplex for
| our needs.
|
| On the other hand, what bugged me most is the lack of good
| tutorial/documentation/examples. Do you have any good pointer for any of
| those?
