Otherwise the ServletFactorybean with the custom XML format is the preferable way to create servlet services. Removed: cocoon/trunk/core/cocoon-servlet-service/cocoon-servlet-service-impl/src/main/java/org/apache/cocoon/servletservice/ServletService.java
