  Modified:    src/webapp sitemap.xmap
  Log:
  Put "mount" back into main sitemap. OK, this one looks big but it's the only
  solution I found for all cases.
    mount
    mount/
    mount/sample
    mount/sample/page
    mount/sample/sub/page
