Subject new cloudstack, no system vm's, no virtual routers

I've set up a new cloudstack (4.4.4) on 14.04 LTS.

I have a systemVM under Templates (Which claims to have a 0 size), but no
System VMs runnning

the primary ethernet interface is p4p1

ifconfig output is below:

I'm not sure what else to provide as I don't see anything relevant in
/var/log.
