Subject Error in creating an instance in xenserver hypervisor

Dear All,

I have difficulty creating a VM instance in xenserver hypervisor. Below is
the error message from management-server.log

There is sufficient memory in the xenserver and storage space in mangement
server. Is there anything else that is lacking for causing this issue?
