Thanks it worked!
>From the link I understood clearly, I have setup only eth0 and cloudbr0
will this work.
 do I need to create eth0.100/200/300 and cloudbr1

[root@hypervisor network-scripts]# cat ifcfg-eth0
DEVICE=eth0
HWADDR=XXX
ONBOOT=yes
HOTPLUG=no
BRIDGE=cloudbr0
USERCTL=no
NOZEROCONF=yes
ARPCHECK=no
[root@hypervisor network-scripts]# cat ifcfg-cloudbr0
DEVICE=cloudbr0
HWADDR=XXXX
ONBOOT=yes
HOTPLUG=no
BOOTPROTO=static
TYPE=Bridge
IPADDR=10.4.29.164
GATEWAY=10.4.29.1
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
NOZEROCONF=yes
ARPCHECK=no
[root@hypervisor network-scripts]#

The above settings are working for me,
If I need to create eth0.100/200/300 How can I create these VLANS. the doc
of cloudstack doesnt brings the network up.

Can you tell me exactly what exactly that doc is trying to do with network
settings.
from eth0 -?
These 3 are VLANS
from eth0.100 -  ip
from eth0.200 -> cloudbr0
from eth0.300 -> cloudbr1

Any of the links like previous will help me much.
Thanks again.
