Sorry I didn't see your reply.

I find my error. I launched management VM in same hypervisor that i'll use as a compute node.

grep -i -E 'exception|unable|fail|invalid|leak|warn|error'
/var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log

you will find the error in Cloud-management log
