I update the network_id field for the NIC as the NIC in the VM needs to be mapped to the Project
Network.  I'm not sure what the network_map table does, but it also has a reference to the
network_id so I updated that as well just to play safe.

The tables that you updated the account_id I totally understand why you did that, but, why
did you update the network_id on networks and network_map?
