Subject Missing vhd-util on the KVM System VM?

While trying to create a template from an instance running on
XenServer I ran into the below error:

"/usr/local/cloud/systemvm/scripts/storage/secondary/ line 65:
/bin/vhd-util no such file or directory"

See screenshot:

The SSVM (which was running on a KVM host) was indeed missing /bin/vhd-util.
I manually coped over the file to work around the issue. The XenServer system
VM does seem to have vhd-util though.
