I have http://download.cloud.com.s3.amazonaws.com/tools/vhd-util setup
in /opt/xensource/bin
and permissions are set correctly

But no, luck!

I would like to know if you ever had success getting fresh CS 4.2 setup
with xenserver 6.2 ?
