I am trying to deploy a VM with 34 GB RAM but it is still far from the limit. 

MemoryAllocated: 1.20 TB / 1.48 TB81%

Are you attempting to create a VM with ~60 GB of RAM? That would push the allocation percentage
for memory past 85%.
