Thanks Ahmad,

We were wondering about that, although we couldn't find anything that explicitly states that
you can't migrate across pods in a basic zone.

Our view was that there's no technical reason why the VM can't be started by the hypervisor
- it would have to get a new ip (as dhcp in the vr would be incapable of giving it its orginal
one) - but that would be our problem to deal with, and if our app was fqdn based - it wouldn't
matter anyway.

Hey Paul, we'd probably need more logs... but my gut tells me its failing because the pod
you migrated to isnt part of the same subnet the vm originally came from, thus cant allocate
a 'suitable ip'.
