When you add a Host, you can specify the 'hosttags' parameter, and you can =
also update the tags using the updatehost api call

e.g.

http://nn.nn.nn.nn:nn/client/api?command=3DupdateHost&id=3Dhostid&hosttags=
=3Dtag1,tag2,tag3
