What you might want to do out of band from cloudstack, is check to see if
the system template is present on your secondary storage (nfs share), is
being copied down to your primary storage. If that seems to be going well,
spin up vm's, also out of band, on your public network... See if it can
route out to the internet. See if the management server can reach it on
it's public interface.
