You could also try doing this to calculate used and free space in your data=
base -=20

    -> FROM information_schema.TABLES

The exception which you are getting here could be  -=20

throw new CloudRuntimeException("Unable to insert queue item into database,=
 DB is full?");

Can you check if your DB capacity is ok ?
