I can't find the windows 8 in the OS type listed in cloudstack 3.0.4 . I
have registered windows8 template with "other"  os type option, but
didn't help.

Any Clue?

CloudStack ships only CentOS templates.

0-incubating/html/Admin_Guide/create-windows-template.html gives more
information on how to create a Windows template.

I don't think anyone ships windows templates. Ideally you'd create your
own from ISOs.
