Date Wed, 14 Nov 2012 16:13:47 GMT
Dear All,

I am very new to cloudstack and trying to setup det enviroment on windows
laptop but seems I am doing something wrong.
I am trying this since two weeks with lots of googling and all..

I first downloaded source using...

*git clone https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-cloudstack.git*

It tooks lots of time and about 300Mb downloaded... but no project was ther
git says unborn branch master...
somehow I created my own branch with git branch -b "vinod_cloudstack" and I
got the projects(code).
[sorry but my knowledge about git is very limited]

I followed below steps to build and deploy the code..
URL : http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/develop/environment.html

*Ant procedure to be used > Cloudstack 4.0 release
*
To pull in dependencies, go to the cloudstack source folder and run:
    *mvn -P deps*
**
To compile Apache CloudStack, go to the cloudstack source folder and run:
    *ant clean-all build-all*

To deploy Apache CloudStack, run:
    *ant deploy-server*

Deploy the database next:
*     ant deploydb*
**
I am getting errors while *deploydb..*
**
 $ ant deploydb
