XenServer VHD is a little bit different with standard VHD, XenServer VHD ha=
s two levels of bitmap, while standard VHD only has one level.

VHDs from HyperV may work on XenServer host, but we did see VHDs from Hyper=
V cause VM on XenServer Host crash.

So, CloudStack only support VHD which is created by XenServer Host.
