As a part of vm deployment we download the template from the secondary to
primary storage; and this part failed with "failed to scan sr" message.
This is the error returned by the Xen server. Folks responsible for Xen
side of cloudStack code, could you please help to debug why it failed on
the backend and what info we need to gather from the xen side (Smlog,
xenlog)for debugging.
