ASF GitHub Bot commented on CLOUDSTACK-10212:

wido opened a new pull request #2388: CLOUDSTACK-10212: Update Netmask/Gateway when Changing
IPv4 address
URL: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/2388

This can otherwise cause problems in Basic Networking where multiple
IPv4 ranges are configured in a POD.

> When using updateVMNic to change the IPv4 address of a NIC the IPv4 address is changed,
but the Gateway stays the same.
> This can cause problems when multiple IPv4 ranges are used and a wrong gateway is issued
to the Instance through DHCP.
