   Given objections on ML that such a change could break billing and other integrations, I've
removed this from 4.11 milestone. However, refactoring and exporting uuids insteads of IDs
is inevitable and perhaps a proper migration/path is needed to be advised on dev/user MLs
before such a change could be accepted in future releases.
