    I believe you missed a discussion on this a while back - when this was initially proposed
and we were gathering community feedback. 
    please read this thread 
    It will explain why we are choosing this solution and how current VM HA in production
is not meeting the needs.
    PS: we also gave community ample of opportunity to respond to our FS, this was almost
2 years in the making..
