    So is this going to be another reason Travis fails randomly?  :(  If we know it is going
to fail randomly, we probably want to remove it from the Travis tests to make sure it does
not create false negatives for everyone.  If it fails the tests in travis, does that mean
that the functionality also randomly fails?
