Thanks for the interest. Since I was trying to upgrade from 4.4.3 which was never released,
it's possible this may have been an issue.
Since then I have reinstalld with 4.4.1 and will attempt an upgrade from this version to 4.5
and see how it goes. If the problem reoccurs I'll update this issue.
