Tomasz Zieba resolved CLOUDSTACK-7128.
--------------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

After the upgrade from version 3.0.2 to version 4.2.1 it turned out that the column "name"
in the table "storage" contains the UUID instead of an entry identical to the URL column.

Manual change solved the problem.

> Are there known limits on Secondary Storage?
> After joining 40TB Secondary Storage, dashboard shows 0.00KB/0.00KB in System Capacity
widget.
> Also, the API returns the same values (0.00KB/0.00KB)
