Rohit Yadav commented on CLOUDSTACK-7254:
-----------------------------------------

Hi, I've been using MariaDB 10.0.x with CloudStack management server with no issues for past
one month. The 10.0.x is a stable release and is a drop in replacement for MySQL so it's up
to the user/admin to decide what to use, CloudStack simply needs the host IP, user and passport
on default port 3306.

> Hi
> I would like to suggest while installing cloudstack user should have choice to choose
either MySQL or MariaDB.
> Instead of MYSQL I hope we should consider to move to MariaDB.
