from logs 
management server is not able to generate ssl key and trying to use the fail-safe key.
console proxy is trying to initiate the connection and mgmt server is throwing the request.
can you try disable zone, delete console proxy and re-enable zone. 
Check why mgmt server is not generating the ssl key that would also cause the issue.
