   If DHCP is used for hosts, ensure that no conflict occurs between DHCP server used for
these hosts and the DHCP router created by CloudStack.

from cloudstack-docs-install/source/installation.rst. This warning does not make sense,  hypervisor
installation instructions use static IP for hosts.
