Is this issue okay to close now? The whole documentation site has been renewed and the linked
page is marked as "obsolete docs".

lacks the site navbar, and the API Reference is not listed. Therefore, it's difficult to find
the API Reference if you look for it at the Documentation page. It's reasonable to expect
that people will look there for it.
