Rayees Namathponnan reopened CLOUDSTACK-5502:

Test case “test_multiple_ip_ranges” start failing after moving from 4.2.1 to 4.3;  in
4.2.1 below API succeed even if you pass “vlan=untagged” , but in 4.3 same API fails with
error “Vlan doesn't match vlan of the network”

In 4.3 also we should support the same for backward comparability
