To validate fix for this, try following steps.

1) Create one VMware advanced zone with guest traffic spanning across 2 physical networks.
2) Make sure both the physical networks has appropriate traffic labels, say vSwitch0 and vSwitch1
respectively
3) Since there are 2 physical networks for guest traffic, create custom network offering with
Network tags to control which Network offering will be used on which physical network
4) Create network1 with network offering-1 which is tagged to use first of the 2 physical
networks used for guest traffic.
5) Create network2 with network offering-2 which is tagged to use second of the 2 physical
networks used for guest traffic.
6) Deploy instance1 over network1
7) Deploy instance2 over network2
8) instance1 & instance 2 should come up hooked to respective guest network port group
created over the associated vswitch on resepctive physical network. Just look for 1 guest
network port group each on each vswitch (say vswitch0 and vswitch1). If yes, the test is successful.

Create 2 networks offerings, each with

> In Cloudstack deployment with VMware hypervisor, if guest traffic spans across multiple
physical network, the selection of physical network to implement guest network should follow
the tag specified in network offering used to create the guest network. This is not working
as expected.
