https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4833, this is not the same issue as CLOUDSTACK-4927.

CLOUDSTACK-4927 is related to CLOUDSTACK-4783 which is made only in 4.2 (CLOUDSTACK-4783 fix has some conflicts with master)

So CLOUDSTACK-4927 could not happen in master.
