Brian,

To reproduce this bug:

> zone wizard 
> secondary storage step 
> change provider dropdown from blank to NFS, don't fill any fields 
> click Next button 
> "NFS Server" field and "Path" field turn red and error text "Required" shown below   
> fill out "NFS Server" field, "Path" field, red color and error text "Required" disappear 
> click Next button
> error text "Required" shown again although the 2 fields are filled already
