    Description: 
1. In the section 3.1,3.2 and 3.3 release notes of ACS 4.2 where the new templates for 4.2 are registered.
Please change the name-extn of each template from 4.2.0 to 4.2

i.e 

For Xenserver : from systemvm-xenserver-4.2.0 to  systemvm-xenserver-4.2
For KVM : from systemvm-kvm-4.2.0 to systemvm-kvm-4.2
For Vmware : from systemvm-vmware-4.2.0 to systemvm-vmware-4.2

2. Also in section 3.1 Please add the following line in Step 10.

a. Ensure that the admin port is set to 8096 by using the "integration.api.port" global parameter.
This port is used by the cloud-sysvmadm script at the end of the upgrade procedure. For
information about how to set this parameter, see "Setting Global Configuration Parameters" in
the Installation Guide.
b. Restart the Management Server
