Summary: Resize root volumes for virtual machines
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-4737
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-4737
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: New Feature
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
Components: KVM, Management Server, VMware, XenServer
            Reporter: Harikrishna Patnala
            Assignee: Harikrishna Patnala
             Fix For: Future

We have provisioning of resizing data volumes. With this feature we should be able to resize
root volumes also. Mostly we should allow only expansion of root volumes.
Need to implement for xen, vmware and kvm hypervisors.
