After deleting the project, volume is still present and can be listed by passing volumeid
to listVolumes API.
However, if projectid is passed, then it won't return anything because it can't find project
id now.

So the volume is still present, not ideal behaviour as discussed with prasanna.

The issue in test case, if any remains, will be taken care of once 4044 is resolved.
