Hi Jessica,

It seems UI and API field names are different 

 for example

{"instancename":"i-2-8-VM","tags":[],"affinitygroup":[],"displayvm":true,"isdynamicallyscalable":true}

In UI field name is "Dynamically Scalable"

Correcting it as per recent UI

1-parameter name is "enable.dynamic.scale.vm" you can find it in zone settings and Global
settings.

2-when vms are in stopped state go to vm Details tab there you can find "Dynamically Scalable"
