Repro Steps
1. Open the browser and login to Web Portal.
2. Navigate the =E2=80=9Cinfrastructure=E2=80=9D tab.
3. Click =E2=80=9Csecondary storage-> view all=E2=80=9D button.
4. Move the mouse cursor to =E2=80=9Cplus=E2=80=9D button.
5. Observe the URL.

Expected Result
It should display as normal.

Actual Result
Truncation issue occurred. Please refer to the screenshots as attached.
