venkata swamybabu budumuru reopened CLOUDSTACK-3282:

This issue still exists and below mentioned are the details about the issue.

1. adding first LB rule to the GSLB went fine 
2. but, while adding the second rule, it tried to add the same LB monitor again and it failed.
