Steps to reproduce:
1.	Login as admin/regular user.
2.	From "Zone" drop down select either Basic or Advanced and create an  instance .

Observations:
The instance wizard should prompt for selection of security group in case of Basic zone and type of network in case of Advanced zone. It is showing an empty page with invalid label "???label.affinity???".
