Advance Zone with SG enabled is not supported in 4.0/4.1 releases (the backend code was broken
for the feature). The customers using the feature and being on 2.1.x/2.2.x, shouldn't upgrade
to 3.x/4.0/4.1 releases. The fixes for the feature were supposed to be put in to 4.1 branch,
but wasn't accepted by the IP Clearance. So the feature was planned to put to 4.2 release.

Mistakenly UI for the feature got in to 4.1 release, so it has to be disabled.
