Setup : Advanced Networking Zone with Ubutnu 12.04 MS + Xen Hypervisor 

Steps:

1. Upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 
2. Access Management server and tried to create Network offering .

Observation:
 Can not create Networking offering after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 Ubuntu (NPE with listSupportedNetworkServices)
