> ACS 4.1 uses maven-jetty-plugin for developer runing management server.
> Currently there is character encoding issue for zh_CN, ja and ru_RU, see this screen
shot when I use Simplified Chinese:
> I tried add utf-8 for page encoding and charset in both jsp file and pom.xml file, but
it didn't help.
> There is a way to display correct language, for example Simplified Chinese:
> 1. export LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
> 2. mvn -pl :cloud-client-ui jetty:run
> 3. using native2ascii to convert resource file: native2ascii -encoding UTF-8
> But the converted resource files are not human recognizable.
> There is no issue in ACS 4.0.x, since it use ant to run and tomcat as webapp container.
